Constance Kratsa

Regional Marketing Manager, Estee Lauder

Constance Kratsa, born and raised in Athens, has lived in five countries across three continents for studies and work. She studied Law with Economics (BA, LLM) at University of London, QMUL & UCL and Business (MBA) at University of Oxford, Said Business School.

She has 8 years of experience in managerial roles at blue-chip corporations across the world and she’s currently based in London as the Regional Marketing Manager of Estee Lauder for Europe, Middle-East & Africa Travel Retail.

Constance also consults startups and mentors young students at the incubator InQUBEate of Queen Mary University London.

Constance, a big believer in idea-exchange, has curated TEDx and is often invited to speak at panels or give guest-lectures at universities in Europe and the Middle-East. She’s the founder of Lean-In Oxford helping mobilise and empower women. She’s part of Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum initiative, working in local and global projects.

Constance loves theatre, photography and traveling. She speaks 4 languages and has visited 38 countries.
