“On behalf of the Reload Greece Board of Trustees, I’m delighted to welcome Angela as our new CEO. Angela brings with her a wealth of experience in developing, growing and leading teams combined with a passion for and interest in entrepreneurship. As Reload enters its next phase of development, and the challenges of ‘re-igniting’ the Greek economy remain, we look forward to working closely with Angela on successfully delivering the charity’s aim of making a material positive impact in Greece through entrepreneurship.

Angela takes over from Effie Kyrtata who Co-Founded Reload Greece in 2012 and has driven the organisation as CEO since 2015, and who will now join the Board of Reload.  George Houpis said: “I would like to say a big thanks to Effie for her outstanding contribution, her determination to make Reload a success on what is always a bumpy road for a start-up, and her commitment to see the organisation succeed in delivering real positive economic impact for Greece through entrepreneurship. I look forward to continuing to work together in her new role as a Trustee of Reload”.

Effie said: “My mission as CEO was to professionalise our initiative and turn it from a grass roots, mainly volunteer based initiative to an organisation with a solid structure, team and strategy. I now feel like it is the perfect time to welcome Angela as our new CEO. I am sure that Angela’s solid corporate experience coupled with her enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit will be a phenomenal driving force for our organisation’s even greater development. This is not a goodbye from me as I am honoured to now be joining our Board of Trustees where I will continue to contribute to our cause with the same passion.”

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated community for their continued support and we look forward to the next exciting phase of the organisation’s growth. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the RG team at
