Anna Mamalaki’s corporate and consulting background extends over a period of 20 years and across 4 continents. With experience of Human Resources Management, People Development, Organisational Design and Employee Engagement in financial services, manufacturing, retail, and FMCG, Anna has worked with leadership teams in over 20 countries on global impact projects. She has undertaken assignments with a wide range of companies, engaging at Board and base of each company for driving change and ensuring its deployment. Anna has a passion for changing the Employee Experience, through her expertise. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management (UK) and credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Anna Mamalaki is included in the “101 Global Employee Engagement Influencers” list of 2018, recognized as one of the global influencers in the field of Employee Engagement for her contributions in changing the Employee Experience and the workplace itself.
