Effie is one of the co-founders of Reload Greece and was appointed CEO in 2016 leading the organisation through a significant time of change. Her vision is to transition Reload Greece from a grassroots movement to an established organisation while always keeping it true to its values and beliefs. Effie has a legal academic background and holds a Masters in Innovation Entrepreneurship and Management from Imperial College.
Having worked for a US tech start-up during a time of fast and high growth she values the hard work, commitment and dedication needed to scale the organisation.

Christina has an exceptional educational background having studied at Princeton University, London School of Economics and INSEAD Business School.
She also has years of professional experience, a highlight of which was her participation in the organisation of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Christina’s solid experience in strategy, integrated communications and leading global events, coupled with excellent stakeholder-relationship and project-management skills can prove to be invaluable as Reload Greece transitions from a successful pilot project to a full-fledged organisation that aims to scale the impact of its activities.
Marketing & Engagement Manager
Kate has a degree in International Tourism Management, eight years experience working in senior sales, marketing and project management roles in Virgin Group companies and seven years experience working in marketing, communications and fundraising in the charity sector.
Kate is driven by her desire to make a difference. Having completed internships at two international children’s charities, she spent the last five years as Business & Marketing Manager at a specialist charity video production company, working collaboratively with over 30 charities.

Perdie has a Bachelors’ degree in Business and Management, and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship. After 5 years working in the private sector, she quit her job and went to Africa to help local entrepreneurs create and develop viable businesses and fell in love with guiding young entrepreneurs.
Perdie is a born and bred Londoner, and loves cycling, seeing friends, and exploring. You are most likely to find her in Regents Park enjoying the stunning views.

Christina is an Event Producer with extensive international experience, over 10+ years, in Production, Luxury Events and Marketing Communications. She has worked in London, New York and Dubai for major global media brands such as CNN International, Showtime, McCann-Erickson, Hearst Magazines and MEC.
Christina is experienced in building sponsorship and strategic partnerships around film festivals and niche events.
